Agent Referral Program

SelectQuote needed a tool to enable agents to pursue referral business. The solution we created made it faster for customers to share their agent's contact information and it made it easy for their friends to get in touch.

I mapped out the user experience for this solution from the email triggered to ask customers for referrals through the end product to connect with the agent's workflow. I designed and managed the development of the fully responsive, customizable web design with an internal team of developers. I also built an in-house studio and shot all our agent portraits for the sites.
